Cancellation/Rebooking Policy:

You are entitled to cancel your appointment within 7 days of booking without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for rebooking an appointment is 3 days from the date you booked the service or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the service invoice. The appointment will be rebooked based on the service provider's availability.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement within 7 days.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the cancellation request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement, except for the service charges from the payment gateways (up to 3.4%) and currency conversion fee (if applicable).

Conditions for cancellation:

In order for the services to be eligible for a cancellation, please make sure that:

·       Consumption of current booked service (reading) has not started.

·       Availed yourself of the services offered, in any form - email, phone (incl. Whatsapp)

We reserve the right to refuse cancellation of any service that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

Conditions for rebooking:

In order for the services to be eligible for a rebooking, please make sure that:

·       Consumption of current booked service (reading) is not more than 20 mins.

·       Availed yourself of the services offered, in any form - email, phone (incl. Whatsapp)

We reserve the right to refuse to rebook any service that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.
